WHAT HAPPENS DURING UNFAVORABLE WEATHER?

The Trail of Terror is an outdoor event, unfavorable weather conditions such as constant heavy rain, high winds, or thunderstorms can cause unsafe conditions for both you our guests and the creatures of the Trail. In event of a weather closing an announcement will be posted on trailofterror.com, Facebook, and Twitter by 5pm of that night. Ticket holders will also receive an email of the cancellation with information about rain dates.

In the event of a rain date being scheduled, all the cancelled nights tickets will be automatically transferred to the rain date. A refund deadline will be set and you will be able to refund some or all of your tickets until said deadline. After the deadline passes, no refund requests will be honored. Full details will be emailed to ticket buyers.

If no rain date has been scheduled or the last rain date of the season has been cancelled due to unfavorable weather; tickets will be automatically refunded. (Refunds may take up to 10 business days from the cancel date to post to the original form of payment).

I FORGOT TO GO ON MY SELECTED NIGHT OR COULDN'T COME, CAN I GET A REFUND OR COME ANOTHER NIGHT?

No, all Timed Ticket and VIP Premium Pass sales are final. Make sure to come on your ticketed date and time.

Tickets are only valid for the year of purchase — unused tickets from previous years can't be redeemed in the future.

I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE WRONG NIGHT/TIME, CAN I CHANGE THEM?

Yes, but only if tickets are still available for the time slot you wish to change too. If Tickets are available, please email us at ticketsales@trailofterror.com and reference your order number along with the date/time you wish to change to.

You may be asked to verify further information about the order to initiate the transfer, and some transfers may not be possible due to unavailable ticket inventory.

Due to high email demand in September — November, it may take up to two weeks to process your request.

Unused Tickets for an already past night will not be transferred or refunded.

I PURCHASED A TIMED TICKET, NOW WHAT?

Timed Tickets are broken up into hour slots starting at 7pm with the last slot ending at 11pm. For example if you purchased a ticket for the 8pm-9pm, after arriving you will enter the designated line for that time slot. At 8pm we will begin letting in that time slots guests.

We recommend arrive no more than 30 minutes before your time slots start time and no later than 15 minutes before it ends. Arriving too early or late for your time slot can cause an increased wait.

Please note that all times are approximate and the nature of a live event experience can cause times to shift.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

No, like any live event, concert, play, musical, etc., Trail of Terror tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final and tickets must be used on their designated day.

See our weather policy for information in regard to weather closings and rain dates.

See our Donations website for a complete list.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

PNA Park, located at the corner of N. Plains Hwy. and N. Plains Industrial Road provide parking for the Trail of Terror at the cost of $10 per car and $25 per coach or school bus. These fees (cash only) are collected by and for PNA Park and its continued maintenance and services.

Other area business parking lots are not recommended for parking, be aware of "No Parking" and "Tow Zone" signage; as local business will have cars illegally parked on their property towed at the owners expense.

PNA Park is not affiliated with or pays any part of collected parking fees to the Trail of Terror, Scare Crew Productions, Inc., or our affiliates.

SINCE THE TRAIL IS OUTDOORS, CAN I SMOKE?

No, although we are an outdoor event the entire Trail of Terror property, including anywhere past our gates (line areas, concessions, restrooms, etc) are smoke free. If you must smoke and are still in line for the Trail you must exit the Trail and smoke on the road. Guests found smoking on the property risk being asked to leave.

No, any guest that enters the Trail of Terror wearing a costume, Halloween mask, or makeup will be asked to remove these items. If they are unable to comply to that request they will not be allowed to enter.
