COVID-19 Safety Guidelines & Ticketing Information
To our Valued Guests -
Scare Crew Productions places the safety of our guests and volunteers as our number one priority. For 25 years you have trusted us to provide a safe, fun, and of course terrifying experience every Halloween season. As we approach our 26th season the ways we live, work, and haunt are all being affected.
We have worked to create an initial set of guidelines and will continue to evolve them as more information becomes available. We are looking forward to you experiencing the all new frights of Trail of Terror 2020: Fear is Art starting October 2, 2020. Tickets are tentatively scheduled to go on sale starting September 1st.

Safety of Our Guests
Physical Distancing: Practice physical distancing and keep at least 6 feet between your party and others.
Face Coverings: All guests are required to wear a face covering during their visit.
Enhanced Sanitation: Hand sanitizer will be available in select locations, line, entering the Trail, Midway, and Exiting. Hand washing stations will also be available at our main restroom locations.
Changes to the Trail: Areas in the Trail that have involved hanging props, cloth, or set dressing have been removed. Areas that included tight spacing requiring guests to push thru have also been removed. Characters will wear face coverings, maintain social distancing, and in some case be separated via physical set barriers.
Temperature Screening: Guests are subject to contactless temperature screenings.
Follow Cast Member Direction: Please follow directions from our cast members and have patience as we work through these new operational procedures.
Safety of Our Volunteers
Temperature Check: All volunteer temperatures will be checked upon arrival, and volunteers with a temperature of 100.4° degrees or greater will not be allowed to volunteer.
Volunteer Tracking: Nights, times, and placement of all volunteers are recorded.
Face Coverings: All volunteers are required to wear face coverings.
Physical Distancing: Volunteers will refrain from entering the personal space of guests, also many characters will be separated via physical set barriers.
Costume and Character Prop Sanitization: Costumes are assigned for single use in most circumstances. Any shared costumes will be separated for per night sanitation and cleaning.
Ticketing & Attendance
In accordance with state requirements we will be capping our attendance and group sizes. Groups entering the Trail of Terror will only consist of those initially entering the property together. Groups will not be combined as in the past.
On-site General Admission will be no longer be available, all Tickets must be purchased online at https://tickets.trailofterror.com. Tickets are tentatively scheduled to go on sale starting September 1, 2020.
Six Person Ticket Packs will be available as single ticket purchases, all members of your group must arrive and stay together.
Group discounts will not be available.
Our use of shared Tokens will be replaced with a single use option.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. In addition to these new and evolving guidelines, please review our standard list of Warnings. We Reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone, now extending to anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction, holder agrees to release the operator, it’s parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location.
